Created by Bethesda Softworks, Fallout 4 was released in 2015, and is the First Fallout game to be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Fallout 3 takes place in the year 2287, 110 years after the bombs dropped and 6 years after New Vegas. In this game, it starts in Massachusetts before the war, so it has Fenway Park (turned into a city named Diamond City), Bunker Hill (City), and many other Revolutionary War monuments. The player is an ex-soldier, and has a family. If you choose to play as his wife, however, she is a lawyer. You can witness the bombs going off before you are herded into vault 111, where you are frozen cryogenically for 110 years. While you are frozen, a man takes your infant son named Shaun and kills your spouse. When you are finally thawed out, you instantly begin the search for Shaun, while relearning the world in its destroyed state. In the game, there are 4 factions you can choose from. There is the Institute (hidden group that creates synths, which are very human-like robots, and wants to enslave them for personal and military use), the Brotherhood of Steel (very strong with many weapons, but hate synths with a deep passion), the Railroad (like synths, but want them to be free, so they hate the Institute and BoS), and the Minutemen (hates institute). The player can make a decision to side with whatever faction they want, but can only pick one. However, depending on which one you pick, some might be spared.  This game has some new features, including the ability to upgrade guns using scrap that you find, building cities from scratch and defending them and its citizens from enemies, using your phone or tablet as an inventory checker, extra customization, and better graphics than other Fallouts, but still worse than other games currently on the market. The game will have 5 pieces of downloadable content, but so far, 3 are announced, and none are release yet. The 3 announced include building robots, making arenas and taming animals to use in battle, and going to Maine, which is very irradiated, to put an end to a large mystery.
